I’ve written and developed recipes for publications such as Bon Appetit, The Mediterranean Dish and Butcher Box. I’ve worked as a recipe tester for Giant and Stop&Shop supermarkets. Currently, I’m working with a Philadelphia restaurant to write their first ever cookbook. I offer efficient, detail-oriented recipe writing and testing at reasonable rates. Hospitality Consultation
Opening a restaurant is an overwhelming experience under the best of circumstances. I was a member of the opening team for five different restaurants (and counting!) in my career, and I’ve seen the good, the bad and the ugly. I have comprehensive experience in pastry and savory kitchens, as well as front of house and administrative positions, so I am uniquely positioned to see a restaurant holistically. I can help with menus, operations, staffing, retention…whatever’s keeping you up at night.
